Litigation Associate Sandra Moser and Labor and Employment Associate Ami N. Wynne will speak at the ABA’s White Collar Crime National Institute in San Francisco in March. This conference brings together leading federal and state judges and prosecutors, law enforcement officials, defense attorneys, corporate in-house counsel, and members of the academic community. The faculty regularly includes some of the finest members of the white-collar bar in the United States and abroad.

This year, topics will cover recent developments and new trends in the enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), updates on law and policy in sentencing and correction, securities enforcement in the Biden-Harris administration, the evolution of health care fraud in the age of pandemics, cryptocurrency, antitrust enforcement trends, and anti-money laundering and asset seizures.
