KKMM has the best invoicing and complaints handling performance

He attributed this success to the cooperation of all staff in the ministry to ensure that the key performance indicators (KPIs) set by him when he took office as Secretary General last year have been met.
“We (KKMM) are leading the way in terms of bill payment which amounts to 99% in three days.
“Agencies under the KKMM such as Bernama (Malaysian National News Agency), Finas (National Film Development Corporation), MCMC (Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission) also showed good bill payment performance.” , did he declare.
He said so in his speech at the 2020 KKMM Excellent Service Award (APC) and 2021 Eastern Zone Staff Appreciation Night here yesterday.
