KUALA LUMPUR, October 23 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob today officially announced the introduction of Key Happiness Outcome (KHO) as a key performance indicator (KPI) tool to measure the success of the “Keluarga Malaysia” (Malaysian family) concept.

When launching the Malaysian Family Foundation as an institution supporting children, Ismail Sabri said the introduction of KHO and KPI was a sign of the government’s commitment to pull the country out of the Covid recession -19.

“In addition, it will improve the country’s position in the World Happiness Report where we were placed in the 81st position for the year 2021, ”he said.

At the launch, Ismail Sabri promised that “Keluarga Malaysia” is more than rhetoric and slogan, and that government policies will take care of the public as if it were family.

He made the comparison that children in a family who are weak in their studies or unlucky will receive more attention and help from their family members, by tying it to policies. promises such as the emphasis on aid to underdeveloped states in the 12e Map Malaysia.

The concept ‘Keluarga Malaysia’ was first introduced during Ismail Sabri’s inaugural address when it became Malaysia 9e Prime Minister on August 22, during which he called on parliamentarians to put aside their differences and work together to get the country out of the Covid-19 pandemic.
