On July 18, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the Township of Waterford Joint Land Use Board will hold a virtual public hearing to consider and take action regarding Holistic Solutions LLC’s application for a Conditional Use Waiver and Approval. minor site plan waiver, blanket waiver, and/or design waiver/exception waiver for its proposed property development whose address is 451 White Horse Pike in the Township of Waterford.

The applicant proposes to use the existing vacant building located on the property as an alternative processing center offering the retail sale of cannabis for medical and adult purposes.

The Property is located within the planned highway commercial zoning district of the Township of Waterford (the “PHB Zone”).

Related site improvements include, but are not limited to, the installation of a privacy fence and a landscaped buffer zone.

The applicant’s proposed use of the property as an alternative treatment center offering the retail sale of medical cannabis is a conditionally permitted use in the PHB area.

Applicant is requesting a conditional use waiver to allow less setback from a residential zoning district or use than necessary (250 feet required, less than 250 feet proposed).

As part of the application, mass deviations and/or design deviations/exceptions are requested.

During the virtual public hearing, any interested party will have the opportunity to listen to and view the hearing, as well as ask questions, provide comments or provide evidence by participating online via Zoom and following the instructions provided for joining the hearing online. /virtual meeting.
